leadventures is an association for small and medium companies, which hold strong connections to politics of all colours, regional and local governments, trade unions and even scientific or cultural bodies and organizations.

Currently leadventures consists of over 50 member organizations or companies, which do there businesses in various areas.
They are tied by sme interests of sharing knowledge with each other and increasing business through synergies and adding up their competences and resources.

The association leadventures was build up by the companies itself and thus maintained to be totally independent from governmental or private money. Although sure concentrating into promoting businesses of it’s members itself, leadventures is also a voice for small innovative companies in the public and supports developing the region itself through own projects or sharing knowledge and resources with the local officials.
